US Shipping and Handling Information
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Our orders are delivered through various shipping providers. Typically, we ship through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, it should be delivered, between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your distance from New York City.
*Please note orders ship only on business days. If your order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until after the weekend. (Weekends are not considered business days.) Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order. We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit, damaged or for shipping delays by the carrier.
USPS Priority Mail is $8.95. In certain cases, if the product is shipped outside of the Continental United States, higher rates may apply (including for Alaska and Hawaii.)
We currently ship to the United States and Canada and certain European and Asia Countries. Please inquire as to whether we ship to your locale. Shipping rates for overseas orders will be determined at the time the order is placed.
You may purchase up to eight units of each item.
US Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, VA, and WA.
Canadian Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders for the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.

Terms of Sale
We sell and ship products to the continental United States and Canada. To select alternative shipping destinations, please contact us at email@example.com. Shipping charges will be presented to you at checkout.
Contingent upon availability or other cause for declining your order, your Payment Method is charged upon submission of any order, regardless of such order’s content. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to your order, depending on your location of shipment or the type of products you purchase.
We may decline an order, for any reason or no reason, and subject to a refund, may cancel an accepted order at any time. If your order has been cancelled or declined for any reason, either before or after acceptance by us, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to inform you of its cancellation or non-acceptance. Should an order which uses an incorrect, expired, or declined Payment Method be processed, we reserve the right to collect payment for such transaction, and you agree to be liable for any fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and collection costs, that we may incur in our efforts to collect such unpaid balance from you, plus interest.
We generally ship orders using third party carriers within 1-5 business days of accepting an order. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Actual delivery date will vary depending on the carrier and your location.
To make a change to your order or shipment address, an exchange, or to cancel your purchase, you must cancel or make that change before your order ships. No cancellations or changes are permitted after shipment. Any change to an order may cause a delay in shipping and/or delivery. If that is the case, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay. If you approve of the delay, we will proceed to ship the changed order.
We recommend that all items be secured immediately upon delivery. If shipped to an address (other than a P.O. Box) you are responsible for arranging for an individual to be present at the time of delivery and for the order to be properly received and secured. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. We are not responsible should such an individual not be authorized to accept such delivery. You agree that your sole method of recourse for unauthorized delivery resides with the carrier of your order. We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order. If no one is present at the designated location, your shipment may be placed at the designated destination at the discretion of the carrier.
Except where noted at the time of purchase, you may return any order, or product within an order, you purchase through the Services within thirty (30) days of placing the order, provided that the returned product(s) is still in its original condition and that you pay for shipping and handling charges. We may inspect returned products upon receipt by us and may only refund your purchase price if your returned product is in acceptable condition. If a return is declined, we will return the product to you at the address to which you original indicated it should be shipped. Upon acceptance of a return, we will refund the purchase price to your Payment Method. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. However, in the event that you have a negative and/or allergic reaction to a product, or if it arrived damaged, or it doesn’t pump/isn’t accessible, Cornelia will pay for the return shipping and handling charges, and you may opt for a refund of purchase price, an exchange, or a store credit.
If you have a complaint or dispute concerning an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll try to fix the problem in the manner we deem appropriate, in our discretion. We reserve the right to address any complaints or disputes in our discretion, which may include, but is not limited to, us making revisions to your order to correct any error, issuing you a refund or credit, or cancelling your order and issuing you a refund or credit.
By your use of the Service, or purchase of Products, you agree and hereby consent that we, or our authorized agent, may contact you to request a review, feedback, or commentary regarding our products and Services, or may otherwise obtain such a review, feedback, or commentary indirectly through a third-party. Furthermore, you agree that review, feedback, and commentary you post or that you submit to us shall constitute Content (as defined below) under this Agreement.
We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you would like to return all or part of your purchase made from our website, please email us directly at email@example.com and include your order number, the exact items you are returning, a reason for the return and whether they have been used or not. Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase. Unused items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price. Used, unsealed, or refilled skincare items are not eligible for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with the items to be refunded otherwise your return will not be accepted. Returns that violate our policy will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns are monitored closely, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns where we feel our policy has been violated or that we deem excessive or unusual.
To request a return, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return label if your return meets our policy. Should you prefer to send the return using your own carrier, please return all items as a tracked delivery to ensure your return is received safely and promptly.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt and do not throw away any packaging materials. We ask for any product concerns to be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery (including a damaged/broken product, batch code concern, faulty or defective packaging, etc). Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, to ensure your return arrives safely and, in the condition, it was shipped. If your return arrives in a damaged state, we will not accept it for return and we will ship the package back to you. For this reason, we ask you to use our shipper.
Only items purchased on Cornelia.com will be accepted for return. We cannot accept any merchandise purchased from a retailer. Please see the retailer for your refund.
Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. This includes adding or subtracting an item. To obtain a refund of an order that's been placed, if you reach us before shipping, we will refund the full order price. If the order has been shipped, please await delivery of the order and return it back to us for a refund within 30 days.
Cornelia reserves the right to modify or cancel any orders at our discretion.
Only the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your refund and send email confirmation. If there is any missing information such as an incomplete packing slip, etc this may create additional processing time.
